Facility Solutions, LLC offers project management services for a variety of projects, both large and small.
Our Process
We follow a basic PM model including: Initiation, planning, execution, monitor/control and closure. To facilitate this, our project manager will integrate these processes to successfully execute the project. In doing so, they will identify, manage and monitor the scope, timeline, cost/budget and quality.
Applications
Additionally, and more to the applications of the “real world”, our project manager takes a very hands on approach to his projects. Our project managers intimately understand the importance of the cause-and-effect relationship between Scope, Cost and Time.
